Entertainment includes Omnipotent Youth Society, Beauty and Melody, a classical music group from Sichuan province, and a group of acrobats from Shanghai.

What really amazed me were some of the lanterns that were made... from giraffes with nodding heads to dragons and even little penguins and pandas, do wish I had such a creative mind!
While there were plenty of lanterns to view with most trees decorated in lanterns of one style or another, there was other entertainment provided as well so even after wandering around the entire park to see all the lanterns, there was still the music and shows to provide entertainment while you gave your feet a rest.
The atmosphere was really good too, even though the place was completely packed, everyone moved around with respect for others, well done Auckland!2013-02-25 14:35:11
